The Meal Prep Queen - Policy
BY ORDERING / ENROLLING IN SERVICES WITH THE MEAL PREP QUEEN, YOU AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING POLICIES!
The Meal Prep Queen (MPQ)
Orders: Orders are due by Thursday at 8 pm CST for pick up the upcoming Sunday. Changes to the subscription meals must be complete by Thursday at 8 pm CST for the upcoming Sunday. Orders will be made based on the selections that are inputted. If a customer inputs an order incorrectly, no changes or substitutions will be made. It is the customers responsibility to enter their order correctly and chose the correct meals they want. The Meal Prep Queen reserves the right to refuse service.
Pick up: Pick up is on Sunday. Unless otherwise arranged and approved by MPQ, ALL pick ups will occur on Sunday. It is the responsibility of the customer to pick up their food at the given time frame. Failure to pick up your food at the agreed time and place, will result in your order being cancelled. NO REFUNDS will be given. NOTE: Contact MPQ if you would like an alternate pick up time or to inquire about delivery by Thursday at 8 pm CST for the upcoming Sunday delivery. No changes to pick up time, location or delivery can be made after Thursday at 8 pm CST.
Cancellations: Cancellations to ANY subscription plan including meal plans, protein balls or coaching must be complete by Thursday at 8 pm CST. Failure to cancel by the deadline will result in payment being collected.
Rotating Meals: The last three options on the lunch/dinner section of the menu change each week. MPQ reserves the right to change/update the menu.
Subscription Meals: The customer must complete the survey indicating what meals they would like as part of their subscription. Failure to submit the survey by Thursday at 8 pm CST, will result in your order not being fulfilled. No refunds. Failure to make changes/updates to your subscription meals by Thursday at 8 pm CST will result in the same meals from the previous week selection to be prepared. If a customer selects a rotating meal option as part of their subscription, they must complete the survey to chose the rotating meal for the next week. Failure to select new rotating meals will result in a random rotating meal being prepared for your order.
Food: Due to the fact that all meals and protein balls are handmade, they cannot be guaranteed to all be identical.
Food allergies: It is the customers responsibility to inform The Meal Prep Queen of any allergies that they have. The Meal Prep Queen will try to accommodate the allergy request. If unable, The Meal Prep Queen reserves the right to inform the customer that the order cannot be fulfilled. The Meal Prep Queen is not responsible for any allergic reactions that may happen. All meals and protein balls are cooked in a home where products that the customer may be allergic are used. Advise MPQ of any allergies prior to making an order.
